Daniella Ventra
Hi, my name is Daniella Ventra and I am the Centre Director for Canley Heights World of Learning.
Working with children and their families is an inspiration to me.
In 2006, I began my career as an assistant which provided me with the encouragement to pursue a career in early education. From there I became a room leader in the 0-2 age group and then the 2-3 age group whilst completing my Diploma.
At the beginning of 2010, I was offered the Directors roll and have not looked back since. I love that every day I am able to support the children in their growth and development as individuals and help provide them with the building blocks they need to move forward in life.
We here at Canley Heights World of Learning pride ourselves on forming strong relationships with our families and believe that everyone should be treated with equality and respect to provide the children with the greatest possible learning environment.
